Advocacy

With a mission to represent the 60 school boards across British Columbia, we are dedicated to amplifying priority K-12 issues. Our advocacy initiatives are designed to work with trustees and school districts, push for meaningful changes and maintain momentum on critical issues. These efforts significantly influence government policies and decisions affecting K-12 students. Through strategic engagement with policymakers and raising public awareness, BCSTA ensures that the voices of local education boards are impactful and that our concerns drive substantial progress.
